Stairwell Access & Exit Identification Sign with Braille
Clearly identify stairways, floor levels, exit discharge and access information with this customizable 12" x 18" stairwell access and exit identification sign. Designed to follow IFC, IBC and NFPA stairwell signage guidelines, this sign features a large 5" floor identifier, raised tactile lettering and Grade 2 Braille.
The 12" x 18" format provides room for up to seven lines of customized information, allowing important stairwell, access and exit information to be displayed in a clear, easy-to-read format.

Each sign can be customized for its specific stairway and floor location. Depending on your building requirements, sign information may include:
- Stairway or stair enclosure identification
- Large floor-level identification
- Upper and lower stairway terminus information
- Exit discharge floor and direction
- Roof access or no roof access information
- Other building-specific stairwell and exit information
Raised tactile characters and Grade 2 Braille provide tactile identification, while the large floor character allows occupants and emergency personnel to quickly identify their location within the stairwell.

Choose from a wide selection of background colors along with square or radius corners. Signs are manufactured from durable modified acrylic with a non-glare matte finish. A photoluminescent glow-in-the-dark background is also available as an upgrade for projects requiring luminous stairwell signage.
