Contemporary ADA Braille Signs with Layered Architectural Design

The Urban Sign Series was created for facilities seeking a modern alternative to traditional ADA signage. Its layered construction combines a precision-cut 1/16" thick faceplate with a 1/8" thick translucent acrylic backer and a secondary undersized backer mounting layer that creates a subtle stand-off effect from the wall. The resulting shadow lines and visual depth help the signs become part of the interior architecture rather than simply serving as functional wayfinding tools. A unique and inspiring design utilizing laser cut "glass-like" materials available in several classy colors. All signs include double faced adhesive tape on the backside for easy installation.

The Urban Series is especially popular in corporate offices, healthcare facilities, universities, multifamily housing developments, municipal buildings and modern commercial interiors where clean lines and contemporary materials are desired. Multiple translucent backer colors allow the sign system to coordinate with surrounding finishes and interior design themes.
