We want you to be 100% satisfied! We even hate to have to post a return/refund policy, but need to for those rare circumstances. Our signs are made with quality adhesives, and materials. In fact, all stock material colors are cast into the material and NOT painted which assures color consistency and helps prevent fading, chipping and scratching. Materials for backers and accent pieces are also painted resistant to fading, and are resistant to scratching, (although materials are scratch resistant, they are NOT scratch "proof," so please treat your signs with care.)

Since we are so confident in our materials and craftsmanship, we guarantee that if your signs break, come apart or deteriorate, we will replace them for free, for a period of 1 year, provided we feel they have not been abused, mistreated, vandalized or improperly cleaned.

We will replace products that have been damaged during shipping, however you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Often, we will issue a UPS call tag, whereupon UPS will pick up the damaged package. If this is the case, be sure to retain and save all original packaging. Please understand, that SCS Sign Company is NOT responsible for damages by the carrier.....the carrier is! We will make every effort to ship back your merchandise in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for the cost of expedited shipping (i.e. - 2nd Day or Next Day delivery). The merchandise will be shipped the same way as originally ordered. Faster delivery requests, in these circumstances, will be paid for by the customer.

Most of our signs are custom, and because they are unique and customized in nature, we are unable to accept returns unless they are defective as determined by us. All shipping costs related to returning the product to the Manufacturer for inspection will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping costs will be reimbursed/refunded if parts are determined to be defective. Shipping non-defective parts back to the us will be paid by the Buyer. All expenses, losses in revenue, and labor charges arising or originating from the failure of defective parts will be borne by the Buyer.

Some items may be considered “Stock”. Stock items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Stock items would be considered standard restroom signs, and pictogram signs where no customization of text (or other) exists. Some signs considered "stock" may not be returned, because they initially may have been custom made for you, or in a color that is not re-sellable. Shipping costs for returns are the Purchaser's responsibility. Any refunds will be issued on the original credit card used at the time of initial purchase.

We want you to be 100% satisfied, and if for any reason you are not happy with your products or services, we will attempt to resolve any issues to assure your complete satisfaction.

Free Shipping is only available for internet orders that you place online at JustBrailleSigns.com, that is $150.00 or more (sub-total), shipping within the continental United States (shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and other countries are EXCLUDED).

Here are some things you should know about our shipping policies and Returns:

  1. We ship UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Small orders may also have USPS options available.
  2. We only ship inside the continental United States. We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico or Guam.
  3. UPS Ground services can take from anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your shipping destination (ships from MN).


  4. "Shipping days" does not include the day a package leaves our facility.
  5. UPS typically does not deliver on weekends or Holidays.
  6. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address, a physical address is required.
  7. UPS Ground Service is not a "guaranteed" service.
  8. UPS Next Day Air deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
  9. Our FREE shipping offer is not available for Hawaii or Alaska, or for APO/FPO addresses, (or for some heavier items or bulk orders).
  10. Certain items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
  11. Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier picks up and accepts the packaged products.
