Prices and product specifications are subject to change at any time. Prices are in US dollars. Colors on your computer may appear different than actual physical material colors due to differences in computer monitors, transmission limitations, graphics cards, hardware, etc.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within the state of Minnesota will have sales tax added, in addition to any applicable city or other taxes. If your state has sales tax or use tax, it is your responsibility to pay Sales Tax and/or Use Tax directly to your taxing authority if applicable. Those exempt from Minnesota sales tax need to e-mail or fax us your tax exempt certificate.

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
